In our 29-county service area, 1 in 9 people are affected, including 1 in 7 children. Food insecurity refers to USDA’s measure of lack of access, at times, to enough food for an active, healthy life for all household members and limited or uncertain availability of nutritionally adequate foods. Every penny counts, each $1 = 4 Meals.
