Striving For Excellence

Mission Statement: Uniting fitness and philanthropy to create and inspire healthier communities.

After moving nine times in the first ten years of their marriage; co-founders, Chris and Melissa Conti, decided to utilize their expansive knowledge and experience in the fitness industry to establish an enduring company that would not only provide innovative fitness solutions for their clients, but also provide a family-oriented atmosphere for their employees. With a focus on people first, they devoted themselves and the company to making a difference in their community.

24 years later, we are still providing the most innovative custom solutions for our clients and remain committed to the betterment of our community. As a leader in the fitness industry, Innovative Fitness continually strives to unite fitness and philanthropy to create and inspire healthier communities.

Our President/CFO, Melissa Conti, received the Community Champion CFO of the Year award presented by the Atlanta Business Chronicle

Our President/CFO, Melissa Conti, received the Community Champion CFO of the Year award presented by Atlanta Business Chronicle in 2022 at the Chick-Fil-A Football Hall of Fame. Her relentless dedication to serving the community has not gone unnoticed.

In the most recent years, Melissa has continued to steer Innovative Fitness toward success while adding a more intentional focus on giving back to our local community. She has created a work culture in which personal and professional growth is just as important as business growth.

In 2020, it was Melissa’s idea to establish the Chris Conti Memorial Grant (CCMG) to honor the memory of her husband and co-founder, Chris. The purpose of the CCMG is to provide a free fitness center, complete with design and installation, to a qualified organization in need in the state of Georgia.

In 2021, Melissa spearheaded a campaign to change the company’s mission statement to align more closely with our commitment to serving the community: “Uniting fitness and philanthropy to create and inspire healthier communities”.
