Innovative Fitness had the opportunity to participate in the Annual Tee Off Fore VAC. VAC stands for Volunteer Aging Council, a non-profit organization established in 2000 by volunteers who raise money and awareness for the needs of low-income seniors and senior veterans in Cherokee County. It was a great day filled with laughter and positivity for a great cause! We spent the day passing out snacks, drinks, and encouragement to all the golfers.
