PICK UP

There is no additional fee for pick up and loading.

Pick up at the Innovative Fitness warehouse: 1000 Cobb International Drive, Suite A1, Kennesaw, GA 30152.

We will assist in loading items onto your vehicle. However, the customer is responsible for providing appropriate strapping and securing items inside and/or on the vehicle. Disassembly fees may apply.

Pick up requires a scheduled appointment.

Pick Up Hours: Mon-Fri: 7:30 am-3:00 pm, by appt. only, Sat-Sun: Closed

For security purposes, be prepared to show ID at the time of purchase & at the time of pick up.

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

If you require delivery and installation, please call for pricing. Pricing is based on the time it will take our technicians to deliver based on distance and difficulty of delivery, including applicable taxes. (We will likely ask for a quick video from the driveway following the path to the installation location and doorway sizes.)

2. Is this a commercial or residential location?
3. Will you need a lift gate at delivery or is there a loading dock, forklift, tractor, etc.?

Treadmills Note: each treadmill requires a 120v/20amp dedicated outlet.

There is a 25% cancellation fee.
