PICK UP

There is no additional fee for pick up and loading.

Pick up at the Innovative Fitness warehouse: 1000 Cobb International Drive, Suite A1, Kennesaw, GA 30152.

We will assist in loading items onto your vehicle. However, the customer is responsible for providing appropriate strapping and securing items inside and/or on the vehicle. Disassembly fees may apply.

Pick up requires a scheduled appointment.

For security purposes, be prepared to show ID at the time of purchase & at the time of pick up.

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION

Pricing for delivery and installation depends on several factors, including the type of equipment, the time required, and the number of technicians needed for the job.

For example, if the piece is being delivered locally, straight into your garage with no obstacles like stairs, pricing typically starts around $250. However, if the delivery if far away or involves challenges like stairs, narrow doorways, or uneven terrain (e.g., a grassy hill), the cost can increase significantly.

To provide an accurate estimate, we ask you to send a short video showing the path from your driveway to the intended installation space, including doorway dimensions. This allows us to evaluate the complexity and plan accordingly.

If you require delivery and installation, please call for detailed pricing. Rates are determined by the time required for delivery based on distance, difficulty, and applicable taxes.
