Innovative Fitness was founded in 2000 by Chris and Melissa Conti as a business dedicated to creating and inspiring healthier communities.  This included a deep commitment to giving back to their community by “seeing a need, and filling a need”.  They believe no one ever needs permission to do good and always look for opportunities to serve others.  In 2021, Melissa wanted to honor the memory of cofounder, Chris Conti, who died tragically while on a business trip in 2019.

As a way of honoring Chris’ memory and his mantra “to do all things with love”, the Service with Love Giving Fund was established to expand the Conti’s commitment to serving others by putting their love into action.

The Service with Love Giving Fund will continue and expand the legacy left by Chris to do all things with love by contributing to the welfare of others through acts of service.

Supporting causes and fulfilling needs in their community is an integral part of Innovative Fitness and their mission to create and inspire healthier communities.    The Service with Love Giving Fund will provide more opportunities to contribute and improve the overall wellbeing of others.

“Love cannot remain by itself – it has no meaning. Love has to be put into action, and that action is service” - St. Teresa of Calcutta
