Growth Begins Where Comfort Ends

Stepping out of your comfort zone is a powerful way to stimulate personal growth.

It challenges your limits, pushes you to adapt, and builds resilience. By taking risks, trying new things, and embracing uncertainty, you learn new skills, uncover hidden strengths, and often discover new passions or interests. While it can be uncomfortable at first, the rewards in terms of confidence, self-awareness, and the ability to face challenges head-on is immeasurable.

Pottery, painting, photography, glass blowing, wood working, short story writing, travel, dance, exercise, adventures, musical instrument, public speaking, skydiving, etc.

Change your routine, start a conversation with a random stranger, take a class, try improv, visit a museum, try a new restaurant, volunteer, DIY project.

As part of our 25th Anniversary Week, we’re pushing past our comfort zones and embracing the power of transformation—both in fitness and in art. This year’s theme, “Growth Begins, Where Comfort Ends,” is all about challenging ourselves to evolve and break boundaries. We stepped into the fiery world of glassblowing with @atlantaglassblowing to create something beautiful and grow in a skill we have never tried before
