The Cobb Community Foundation (CCF) is thrilled to announce the five scholarship recipients named by the Fostering Education Scholarship Fund (FESF) for the fall 2024 semester. Established in 2021, this scholarship aims to ease the financial burden for students pursuing higher education. To date, FESF has awarded an impressive $32,500, including $12,500 this semester alone.
We are honored to recognize the following recipients for their dedication to their education:
- Whitney Leigh Benz (first-time recipient)
- Sadie Hamil (first-time recipient)
- Amon Travail Matar Philpot (first-time recipient)
- Tianna Lynn Sycks-Womack (first-time recipient)
- Thinh Nguyen (recipient for fall 2022, fall 2023, and fall 2024)
